The Clean Cottage Co. is the UK’s first eco-friendly holiday let management company.
Based in Rhuddlan, Denbighshire we offer a fully managed service including everything from guest management to eco-friendly turnovers for an all-inclusive fee.
The first impression of a holiday let goes a long way. An incredibly high standard is expected throughout a visit, from communication to cleanliness, and so it should be - these are paying guests after all. After remodelling holiday lets of our own, we quickly found the daily responsibilities to be time consuming, costly and the amount of single use plastics/harsh chemicals used in the process to be unacceptable. This planted the seed for The Clean Cottage Co.
With 15 years of experience managing luxury brands coupled with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, we’ve found a solution. We provide a flawless property and guest management service for hosts while helping to reduce their business carbon footprint, for one set fee.
We are proud to be a member of Green Tourism who run an awards certification programme which recognises the commitment of tourism businesses which are actively working to become more sustainable. The awards are acknowledged worldwide as an indication of ‘green quality’. We are currently awaiting our grading and are constantly working to progress on our green journey.
